Villa on one level, located on a shady ground of 2000 m2, 15 minutes walk from the beach of St Vincent and 25 minutes from downtown Grau d'Agde.
Quietly located in a residential impasse, secured by an electric gate, without swimming pool, this house is ideal for couples with young children.
It consists of:
* 4 Bedrooms:
 - 1 bedroom with bathroom (2 beds of 90X200) + wardrobe dressing.
- 1bedroom (160X200 beds) + convenient storage
- 1 bedroom (160X200 bed) + a wardrobe dressing
 - 1 children's room (Bunk beds) + chest of drawers.
- 1 cot, baby bath, changing mat, high chair
* 1 bathroom (large shower, washbasin, bidet + WC)
* 1 Hair dryer
* 1 independent shower room
* 1 large living room dining room.
* 1 Veranda of summer with living room, dining room seen on the garden.
* 1 gazebo and lounge, ideal for breakfast, and apperos.
- 2 large country garden tables
* 1 kitchen equipped with:
  - cooking plate (ceramic glass) 4 fires,
 - fridge freezer, dishwasher, wall oven,
     microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, well
     all the equipment needed for cooking
     and at the table .
* 1 Freezer with drawers
 * 1 Vacuum cleaner without bags
 * Equipment: Wifi, Television
 * Equipped with two air conditioners.
A square of artificial grass of 40 m2 so that children can play without getting dirty.
The entrance gate is remote controlled
All entrances (doors and windows) are equipped with protective grilles and mosquito nets.
The House is under surveillance "VERISURE"
We provide all household linen (Sheets, Duvet Houses, Duvets, Pillows, Towels).
Board games for teens and adults are at your disposal:
