- 10 mins walk from the promenade along the sea to the village center with its friendly market and entertainment
- 8 mins walk from the beaches, that of St Vincent being the closest
- 5 mins by car from supermarkets (Lidl and Hyper U)
- 10 mins by car from Cap d'Agde

The House :
- on the ground floor: a kitchen lounge with everything you need to prepare your meals, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a patio with its built-in barbecue and an electric blind, a closed courtyard on the street side
- upstairs: a large bedroom with wardrobe (140 cm bed + 90 cm bed), a small bedroom (120 cm bed) and a south facing balcony solarium.

Rental conditions:
- Weekly, from Saturday to Saturday
- Sheets not included (we are not on site)
- Additional costs: Tourist tax
- no cleaning fees but each tenant will have to do it at the time of his departure (otherwise 70 € additional)
- 30% deposit on booking and the balance one week before arrival
