Located in the very heart of Cap d’Agde, just a short walk from the harbour, beaches and entertainment, it offers both comfort and convenience so you can fully enjoy your holiday without needing a car.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire studio.

Parking is available in nearby public car parks (weekly passes available via the Tourist Office – Parking Cap d’Agde).

The studio enjoys an ideal location on the harbour of Cap d’Agde, just a short walk from the beaches, restaurants, shops and night markets. Everything can be done on foot or by bike.

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
