This beautifully decorated architect-designed villa, 50 meters from the beach, offers high-end amenities for absolute comfort during your vacation. A quick tour of the property: Large 85m² living room with a 10-seater sofa and a large TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a dining table for 8. Some kitchen amenities: Delonghi coffee machine; juicer; kettle; toaster; steam oven; oven; microwave; wine cellar; freezer; refrigerator; dishwasher. 40m² terrace with 180° views of the sea and beaches, outdoor lounge for 8 people and a dining table, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Each room has a large bay window providing direct access to the outdoor garden and spa. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and two bedrooms with shared bathrooms. High-quality bedding (one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, one standard bed) Reversible and adjustable air conditioning in every room of the villa. Infinity pool, 4-person spa. Adjustable interior mood lighting. Elevator for disabled access and for bringing groceries upstairs. Enjoy your vacation without worrying about cleaning. Upon arrival, you'll find a clean villa, and upon departure, we'll take care of cleaning the accommodation for you. Travel light! Bed linens are provided. Security system in all rooms.
