"On entry to this hotel, I was greeted by a very agitated staff member. The problem was I had not seen the sign to remove my shoes. This is not a realistic expectation given some of us who are older have bonier feet. Soft indoor slippers need to be provided. In the room, the towels are ridiculously ..."
