The hotel was built in 2020, so everything feels new and clean. Staff were really friendly, and the lobby had a cool urban vibe with high ceilings and lots of comfy seating. It’s just a quick 2–5 minute walk to Shiomi Station (depending on your pace). My room was spacious and clean, and I’d happily stay here again.
They offer complimentary toothpaste, hairbands, bath towels, and skincare packets in the lobby—super handy if you run out on your last day and don’t want to purchase extra. There's also a Family Mart tucked in the corner with direct access from inside the hotel.

The location is quiet, the staff are friendly and the property is very clean. However like most hotel in tokyo, the room is small but comfortable. 2 min walk to the station and 7eleven.
