Hôtel très bien pour les déplacements pro. Calme et confort. J'ai juste informé la réception qu'une prise côté lit ne fonctionnait pas (embêtant pour les téléphones) + de l'eau plus que tiède le matin très tôt sous la douche. Parking à proximité ou en face de l'établissement si vous avez un peu de chance.

responsable de mauvaise foi

réceptionniste AGREABLE le restaurant de l'hOTEL MALHEUREUSEMENT était FERME durant le weekend et de plus le PARKING était à 200mètres et très mauvaise explication du réceptionniste donc de ce faite j'ai payé mon parking et l'hotel n'a jamais voulu me rembourser la somme 18euros car il fallait donner le ticket de parking avant d'aller chercher son vehicule !!! très ambigu l'explication du responsable!!

Le service de hôtel.com est tout à fait scandaleux : je réserve ce jour à 16h50 sur le site au citoyen stimotel d’agen. J’appelle l’hôtel dans la foulée et donne mon nom pour prévenir que nous allons arriver vers minuit. On me dit pas de souci, tout est ok, mais du coup, vous allez être prélevée sur votre carte maintenant. A 19h je reçois 2 nouveaux mails d’hôtel.com sur mon séjour à venir au stimotel et un autre pour donner mon avis. A minuit 20 nous arrivons à l’hôtel, la réceptionniste ne trouve ni notre nom ni notre numéro de réservation. Elle finit pas se rendre compte que nous sommes bien enregistrés dans les réservations faites par hôtel.com mais que cette réservation n’a pas été prise en compte car l’hôtel était complet. Ni hôtel.com ni l’hôtel ne nous on prévenu. Il est désormais plus d1h du matin et pendant 3/4 d’heure, la réceptionniste et nous meme appelons tous les hotel d’agen et des environ en vain, tout est complet. A 1h45, je finis par trouver un hôtel à fleurance, a 40mn d’agent a qui il reste une chambre. Nous reprenons donc la route alors que nous avons quitté Paris a 16h et que demain nous récupérons nos filles a le toutes pour rejoindre le var (7h de route de plus). Ceci est tout simplement scandaleux, nous entendons bien voir notre chambre d’hôtel prise en charge a 100% par hôtel.com et/ ou le stimotel. Pour ma part, c’est certainement ma première et dernière expérience avec hôtel.com, je dois dire que sur booking, je n’ai JAMAIS eu le moindre proble
