"The person at the desk when I checked in was very nice and informative. The next moring when I went to check out and tell her/them about an issue woth something were not. I stood at the desk for a few minutes before a clerk with gray hair ignored me and another dark haired young girl was on the phone. Not only was I ignored but, when the oher clerk got off the phone they started talking to each other like I wasn't standing right in front of them. This made me feel not welcome, and that whatever it was I (the paying customer) needed something didn't matter. Basic customer service would have been the lady counting her drawer "look up and Acknowledge I was standing there and say "I'll be right with you". Instead of ignoring me llike I wasn't there. This infuriated me. And I made it known that it did. They both just stood there staring at me and never apologized. I told them that I was to stay there again on my way back to FL but I had to rethink canceling because of the lack of service I received the morning of my check out. The issue with the room was that the blow dryer was sticky and gross. It needed to be replaced OR cleaned off really good. I left it on the bathroom sing with a note stating what was wrong with it. I do hope this issue was taken care of and not ignored like I was. "
