"The staff is over the top superior! They go out of their way to accommodate and make you feel like you are the most important guest. Anna and Miriam at the front desk were especially friendly. We wanted a reservation at the tower restaurant but they were fully booked. Anna called twice and then sent a messenger to the beach to tell us they could fit us in! Tresa and Pasquale were awesome at the breakfast buffet and also dinner. The breakfast is terrific with many options! The view from the rooftop is gorgeous. You can rent the beach chairs from between €10-€40 and the hotel gives you towels. The water is hot and the water pressure is great! The room is very large (we had a superior triple with balcony) but the beds are very firm. That was our only disappointment. Air conditioning worked great! Thank you fabulous staff for acknowledging the birthday girl and making her day special!"

"We had an awesone stay at the Hotel Michaelangelo in Sorrento. The hotel is centrally located...so close to restaurants, train station and center. The hotel us well mai tained and so clean. They had a great breakfast every morning."

"This hotel was truly a gem. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was kind and generous. BUT, the area was very dodgy. The staff kindly assisted us with cabs to get us out of the area. That’s the only complaint. Honestly, I would stay there again. "

"Friendly and very helpful staff especially from the porter man, cleaning ladies, pool man, breakfast staff and bar staff, we are very grateful and delighted with their hospitality they made us feel very welcome and at home. Incredible location we loved the private access to the beach from the tunnel, we were lucky and had an amazing view of the garden and ocean, they provide fresh towels twice a day, great bathroom amenities, pool, bar with amazing cocktails and bar staff, the breakfast buffet is incredible,.great selection of food and service, it was very good value for money and the people are so lovely. We noticed a lot of tourists from the streets popped their heads in to look and they were impressed with the view, I think the beautiful and luscious gardens with lots of flowers draw them in a d the hotel a d staff are very well presented. We were just fortunate to be staying there. I highly recommend staying here. I highly recommend staying here."

"As an old monastery, this hotel could not have been more unique and beautiful. We also got a couples package at their spa which was amazing. An absolutely gorgeous place to honeymoon. We already want to go back! "
