The Hotel was beautiful!!! Mauro met us at the car & took our luggage straight to our room. The front desk got us a taxi the next morning. We ate lunch & dinner in the restaurant & the food & staff were excellent. The room was extravagant, bed was very nice & the bathroom & shower were amazing!!! 5⭐️

Nice hotel. Far from the center of town, but they have a shuttle or you can pay e15.50 taxi to get to the center. Shower had had some issues. Great breakfast and great reception desk staff.

The property is modern, the rooms are spacious and reflect 4 stars. The location is about a mile from the city centre, there is a shuttle service to the city centre offered by the hotel. Alternatively, you can get a cab for €20 to city centre. There were good options for breakfast, and staff are welcoming. It would be good to have an iron in the room, although you can request for one in the reception. The only downside is the iron board cover was a little old and dirty, please replace it along with a new iron.

This hotel experience was amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating! They called us a cab service when we needed and it would only take 2-3 minutes for our cab to arrive. The location is about 20-25 minutes from the city center and they had free shuttle service. The staff all were friendly and helpful! Great experience!

We started our honeymoon here and are so thankful! The hotel is well maintained and beautiful. The staff are extremely hospitable and helpful. The food and espresso was great. The massages were also very relaxing. Would highly recommend and come back!

Amazing hotel located near the airport in Naples! The area around the hotel is a little rough, but this hotel will not disappoint. It is very clean and trendy and modern! Beautiful huge room with floor to ceiling windows! Loved the sleek hallways and the doors into our rooms! Unlike any other hotel we have ever stayed in. The foyer is beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful. They have a free shuttle to the city center which was nice to spend a few hours on our layover. The rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view and was outstanding food! If we ever visit Naples again, we will definitely book this hotel!

The room I had was very good although the way to it (V10) was a bit uneven that I fell one time. It was the first time I had a bathroom with a bidet. I could have used some milk or powdered milk for my coffee/tea. Unfortunately the location was in the middle of an industrial estate so I had to use an taxi/Uber to get into town (it was very hot).

The room itself and the facilities before the room were all kept immaculately clean. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. It is in the commercial/business district, which is great if you want to be closer to Naples airport, but they do offer a shuttle several times a day to get into Naples city center and there is an onsite restaurant and coffee bar. Be sure to check out the spa services as there are a lot of great options available.

Property was convenient. Neighborhood was a little sketchy would return if I needed the location to be the reason I stayed. It was unclear about the usage of the bar upstairs and the hotel management was quite helpful and the room was quite clean.

Room was spacious for 3. Property is clean and updated. Very pleased with room. Also has a good view if city and mountains from window. Staff was nice and offered help but may not be great at follow through with the request/offer. We booked transportation to airport for the day we leave through the reception. On the day, there was no signs of such transportation nor any records of one being booked. They ended up calling a taxi for us. One time we called to get a hair dryer replacement and was told someone would come in 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. Small inconveniences but front desk staff and restaurant overall were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful. Not a lot of things to do nearby though so you have to take an Uber/taxi everywhere and it’s expensive. The front desk was great and our shuttle bus driver, Mauro, was very polite and friendly. However, there were a few things that I didn’t like with it being a 4 star hotel: I didn’t like that we asked for an iron and an hour later, never got it. Housekeeping also tried entering 3 times before check out and didn’t knock. Last, the rooftop is nice but only for the scenery. The entrees were terrible. My risotto was hard and the pasta was also hard to chew. The dessert made up for it and the staff was great but we paid too much for the food not to be good.

Had an excellent stay here. It’s slightly outside of Naples centre, but we knew that when booking. The breakfast, top floor restaurant/bar and spa were all lovely. Also a nice touch having a mini gym in the deluxe room. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Naples.
