Wonderful property with gorgeous terrace. We felt safe (the whole area is safe) and comfortable. Vomero is a wonderful location for dining, drinking and exploring nearby Napoli via the Fernicular. Property had everything we needed.

Great space for our family of 5. Awesome neighborhood. I would absolutely stay again when I am in Napoli. Much more spacious that a traditional hotel room, with a decent sized kitchen/dining area.

Great pkace!

Great place in a great location. Parking available is misleading though, you either have to go to a paid parking lot or pay to park in the streets and there are no dedicated parking for the rental.

This isn’t really a hotel, it’s an apartment rented by a company. Communication was great, but had to arrange check in ahead of time because there was no reception.

Highly recommend!

The apartment was very well kept and beautiful. The location is great. A very short walk to many nice restaurants, bars, transportation. Good communication from the management and accommodating. My family and I had an issue with securing our rental car and we were allowed to leave our bags in the room, well after checkout, while we were figuring things out.

There was mold on the walls. When I expressed concern to the property manager/owner he told me it wasn’t mold - we took pictures as proof. We travelled with children and this was incredibly unpleasant. We only stayed bc it was for one single night as a stop over, otherwise, we would have left. The entire space was dirty, dusty, and it smelled like humidity - not at all what is advertised on the sight. When we arrived there was no way of getting into the property, we had to wait for a neighbour to come and open the door for us.

Great place for my wife, 3 kids and I to stay for 1 night before flying back home. Very spacious. We were able to check in early, which was a big bonus for us. The common area was nice for eating and relaxing. It was close to public transportation for seeing the rest of Naples. The bathroom could use some updates otherwise wonderful. Would stay there again.

I will not book here again. They never replied to your messages or authorize a refund despite special circumstances or calls and messages from hotels.com and myself. Not accommodating or understanding. If they happen to answer or provide a refund I will update this review.
