"*Add photos of the balcony, room, and living area. Traveling from USA. We got the queen size bed standard room.* HOSPITALITY: Our flight to Crete flew in at 5am. I knew going into it I’d have to wait for check in. The hotel did a great job at reaching out to me prior to landing and communicating with me. They did everything they could to accommodate this early arrival which we appreciated very much. I got in my room around 9:30AM. The man at the front desk was very helpful with getting us taxis anywhere we needed. LOCATION: It is in a very beautiful part of the island that we spent most of the time around the hotel and we were happy with that. It is in a very convenient location with plenty of stores and restaurants just across the street. ROOM: Clean and Spacious! Comfortable pillows. A/C was great. No complaints. Highly recommend!!"

"Great property. Right on the beach. Staff is wonderful. Property is modern and clean. Breakfast is awesome! Had a massage, which was also excellent. Parking is available but the entry and parking spots in the basement are VERY tight! Peaceful and quite since there are no kids. Nice pool and pool bar. Beach beds are free for hotel guests, which is very nice."

"The cleaning staff kept the hallways and rooms spotless. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet had great options. Our bartender made the most delicious drinks. The hotel is perfectly located and just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, stores and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel."
