As I mentioned in the feedback to the hotel staff the area outside of the rooms can get really slippery during rain or high moisture conditions and the hotel should do something about it like ex:- anti-skid coating or other options available. The gym needs to be fully setup and completed "

The window was lefted open before we got to the room so there were flies in the room. The sheets were stained. The tv was close to ground on the wall and crooked. It was suppose to be a premium suite but there wasnt anything premium about the room itself. "
