"The hotel property and staff were excellent. The location was amazing and convenient. The room was very large and well equipped to accommodate 5-6 people very comfortably possibly more for a family with children. We rented a car from one of the local car agencies that was recommended by the hotel concierge and it was the best car rental company I have ever dealt with the car agent was super chill and delivered the car to the hotel and also even allowed us to drop it off at the airport for our 6am departure flight, they accepted credit card payment and the rate was 30 euros per day for 4 days including basic insurance, a car is highly recommended to see the entire island and convenience.. we went to Parissa beach every day and several times to Oia for dinner and sunset. There is a local bus and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but having the car was really the best way to go for us. We stayed in room 402 and it was perfect for us with the only small downside was that it did not have a clear unobstructed view of Caldera which was not a problem for us as we really only used the room for sleeping but wanted to mention that in case it is more of a priority for some people, I will say that the full Caldera and Mediterranean sunset views are only a few steps away from the front door of the room. Our breakfast was very good and included with the room it was delivered each morning. The 24 hour front desk staff was very friendly carried our luggage at 4am checkout!"

"We love our room. Christina was very helpful and the other guy. She was fast in communication. We also got picked up and drop-off at the airport from their services for a reasonable fee. Also when we decided in the morning that we needed to rent a car, she was able to get that car for us ready by 1000. Everyone involved was very helpful. My family was very happy during our stay. We stayed at the family suite with caldera view. "

"For us, this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff are wonderful, so so friendly and did everything to make our stay here in Santorini special including a room upgrade with a pool and breakfast prepared for our early flight upon checkout. The hotel is in a great location, close to all amenities in Imerovigli with stunning views. The breakfast is outstanding and feels so authentic. Overall, we could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a lovely romantic experience in Santorini. "

"The pictures on the hotel website is not a good representation of how the actually property looks. Its an older property. Had a nice view. The window was lefted open before we got to the room so there were flies in the room. The sheets were stained. The tv was close to ground on the wall and crooked. It was suppose to be a premium suite but there wasnt anything premium about the room itself. "

"We thouroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was truely amazing and we felt George (the manager) and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay special. The breakfast was lovely, you can pick what you would like and they will bring it to your room! On the day we left, we left at 5am so the day before they left us a breakfast box so we wouldnt be hungry. The hotel itself was clean and everyday the room was kept clean and made sure we had clean towels and robes Before our arrival George contacted us and booked transfers for us which we paid before we left, and whilst we were there George gave us a list of open resturants as we went out of season with a map of the area and whilst we were there gave us taxi numbers when asked. The staff were friendly and welcoming! "

"Staff contacted us to see if we wanted the “luxury suite” said there was a hot tub outside. Thinking this was going to be better we excepted. Sadly it was so cold and windy, not to mention the hot tub water was cold!! Totally unuseable.We had rented another room for our friends that was nicer with a hot tub that when using it flooded the bathroom floor! Had to use all the towels to soak up the water You can’t drink the water in the rooms so the gave use 2 small bottles of water for both days. No fresh towels for hot tub. "
