"We loved the staff, so friendly and helpful. We were having trouble booking one of our ferries, and the front desk girl took time to call the company and was able to book. The food was incredible! The swimming pool and hotel grounds were so clean, and peaceful. We had a few relaxing pool days, and so much better than a resort in Mexico - not so busy and just lovely. "This was an over all great experience. The hotel staff works so wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My hotel room was so beautiful, I got the deluxe room with the Jacuzzi. Also be sure to bring you a converter plug just in case you might need it. They also helped me to plan my activities during the week, and made sure to give me a wake up calls so that I wouldn’t miss anything. What a wonderful experience."
