Very nice hotel, great suite over looking the water and the hotel restaurant's octopus salad was phenomenal, the best I've ever had.

I absolutely love this hotel. The spa truly makes it with all the different features. It’s one of a kind and by just staying in the hotel, you can use all the facilities from the salt room to the seaweed room and internal pools. It’s phenomenal! The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I wish it was just a little easier to get taxis and the Front Desk could help a little more with that, but they are friendly and professional. This is a super unique Property. Awesome Italian feel and looks. Very comfy rooms and bed. Suites have a living room, separate bedroom, large room with stand alone tub, and a spacious toilet room with shower. The grounds are immaculate and the views are spectacular. The only negative is the small choice of available food for lunch and dinner. The dinner menu is small and its the same every day. I wish they had a place to get some pizza and pasta. Very clean and friendly

We enjoyed our overnight stay. After a long drive the room was clean, the shower was strong, and the. Ire was beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast delivered right to our door in the Light Blue suite. Luca was very helpful when we lost our way and came outside to meet/find us. Sometimes gps can be confusing on small streets and Luca left us very good directions and vantage points. The only thing we did t expect were the few flight of stairs going down and then up again.

This is the second time I’ve been back to this property. The owner is a lovely man. The breakfast is excellent. You can open a bottle of wine and enjoy it in the beautiful garden.

B&B curatissimo, raffinato e in una posizione speciale. Proprietari gentilissimi che ci hanno fornito indicazioni precise per la ZTL. Giusto qualche piccolo intoppo risolto comunque velocemente e con gentilezza. Minuzie che non scalfiscono un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliato!

Great interaction with the chef and staff

Beautiful place! Enjoyed the room, the farm and the hospitable staff. Their fresh buffalo mozzarella is incredible!! The only negative was the sound from the kitchen below at night, likely making the fabulous mozzarella. However, would not hesitate to return.

Hotel was great. Especially the hot tub. Clean and comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
