"I will continue to stay at this hotel in the future. Everything was perfect. The only thing missing was the bible. I'm not a mormon, so i'm not happy i had to ask for a bible that was not from the later day saints. This should always be both bibles available"

"The complaint i have maybe not resort fault but parking was in the $60s and I bought VIP at Universal so I had free Parking but had to pay for Parking again that kinda sucked wish they worked together to cover if VIP was purchased."

"The hotel was surprisingly clean and fairly easy to navigate given the circular shape of the building. Valet was well-organized. Front desk staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaning crew was readily available and did an awesome job. The breakfast buffet could be better but the service was good. The views are fairly good but the noise of traffic on the 405, specially throughout the night is awful. Not much can be done about it, except move to a room facing the mountain, forget wanting to have a city view, it’s not worth it. I hoped to use the pool but it lacked a jacuzzi. Overall, it was a good stay, my main issue would be the noise."
