"Amazing experience and we loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and the staff were attentive and polite. Mario was great and always super helpful. The food was good, but I recommend bringing your own snacks if you have growing children that need a snack every so often. My only recommendation for improvement would be to supply each villa with an Ecofiltro water filter or stock each villa with plenty of bottled water. "A peaceful sanctuary right in the middle of the tourist area. The spa area is really good, if your pool is not quite hot enough they turn on the volcano and bring it up to proper onsen temperature, which is pretty cool. Very clean rooms. We didnt have breakfast as the hotel is surround by eating options. "
