"The staff were as nice as the beauty of the hotel. The indoor and outdoor pools were beautiful and walking easily to the beach and shops were lovely. A few things that the hotel can do to make the stay even better: 1) turn the outdoor pool lights on at night, pool is open until 12am but it’s dark, so not safe. 2) change a few items each day at breakfast. Not appealing after day 3. 3) make the emergency pulls longer in the tub. Can’t reach a 5 ft high pull it if you falll!!!"

"The apartment is in a great spot with an amazing view of the ocean, we enjoy all our breakfasts on the balcony. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to do some cooking (grocery stores are a short drive away). There is street parking right next to the apartment, however, it can get pretty busy on the weekends. Luis, the property owner, was always very quick to respond when we had any questions. Our flight got delayed and got in very late, we ended up getting to the apartment around midnight and had trouble unlocking the door, but Luis responded to my message within minutes even that late at night. As mentioned in previous reviwes, the apartment could use a little bit of updating, but it did not impact our stay in any way. The beach is absolutley beautiful and gets cleaned daily."

"This property was perfect. It is even more beautiful than the photos depict. The grounds are wonderful for relaxing after days out exploring. The awning over the patio table provides perfect protection from any passing rain. The laundry facilities were very handy. The interior of the house had everything we could possibly need and Susanna gave us a great tour of the property when we arrived along with a very thoughtful gift basket. She also checked in by text during our stay.The beds were comfortable and washrooms large enough for our group. We loved staying in Furnas.The village was so pretty and the Villa's locatiom was perfect walking distance to shops. Would 10000% recommend."
