For your safety, convenience and peace of mind an emergency 60k power generator & 600 gallons water cistern is connected to the property. You’ll have the loft for you & yours plus access to the upstairs balcony, an ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax. Located right at PR-107 road, Las Alturas is a rare walking distance lodging to many popular destinations in Aguadilla. The property also hosts Covalente 107, a coworking space as well as a sidewalk cafe. Aguadilla and the West Coast of PR is best enjoyed by car. Take notice our space has a Kitchenette which includes Mini fridge, microwave, sink, plates, utensils & cups. The kitchenette includes a cooking surface with 2 electric burners WHICH ARE NOT a substitute to a full range stove.
