"The room here served it's purpose, a place to sleep before a early morning flight out after returning from a cruise that sailed out of Putero Rico. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English. Ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, it was amazingly good, but a bit pricey for what it is. The best thing about this hotel is you literally roll out of bed and roll right into the airport terminal. Would stay here again because of how convenient it is and the staff."

"Everything was nice on our trip until the last few hours of our stay.. We got told that we couldn’t toss around a water football and we weren’t splashing or bothering anyone. That was very odd as they allow floats and rough housing by other families… Don’t know if I would book here again as I thought it was family oriented and don’t understand the concept of allowing certain things in the pool and not others like a small water ball….."

"Overall the lobby area is outdated, very dark. Resort fees are astounding, especially when you go to the pool area and umbrellas are limited in supply. Refills for tea at the Banyan grille are charged $6. Housekeeping staff were outstanding. Ice machine on our floor was dirty. Great entertainment!"
