Nice place tu stay

It's a nice place to stay... The people are very friendly. The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant. You feel safe and comfortable during your stay. It also has its own parking lot and breakfast included.

Habitación limpia con nivel austero, el internet muy bajo y que en muchas ocasiones se corta durante su uso. El personal suele ser amable. El desayuno es rico pero muy limitado. Las tiendas son muy cercanas y además es un punto de movilidad bastante bueno.

no vale el precio, instalaciones pesimas.

para empezar las fotos no dicen absolutamente nada de lo que realmente es el cuarto, television limitada sin buenos canales nisiquiera es Smart para meterme a mis cuentas de netflix, la puerta del baño estaba todo maltratada, la cama vieja e incomoda, me bañana y habia un abujero en la pared con un plastico segun esto tapando pero se ve todo desde afuera cuando uno se baña, y luego el buffet no es buffet, si se acaba ya no preparan mas, cuando es desayuno buffet no importa que llegue a los ultimos 10 minutos debe de haber comida para uno poder servirse, no por que llegue en los ultimos 20 mins y se acabo la comida no por eso ya no me van a servir. conozco hoteles en queretaro que estan en mejores condiciones y cobran 600 pesos la noche

En general todo bien, salvo que la habitación no contaba con toma corrientes accesibles, únicamente tenían las indispensables para la tv y en el baño lo que dificulta trabajar con la pc en la mesita de servicio y/o cargar teléfono y otros instrumentos.

En general estuvo bien pero creo deben capacitarse más en el uso de expedía ya que me hicieron el cobro con otra tarjeta ya en el establecimiento “porque expedía no hace el cobro “ y cuando confirmaron que llegue expedía me intentaba generar el cobro nuevamente y me empezaron a mandar mensajes de que hubo un problema con el pago. Ya sabía que pasaría algo así y lo anticipé pero ellos aferrados de que no es así. Si me hubieran hecho el cargo doble sería todo un problema. El hotel tiene plazas y cajeros cercanos, y está céntrico hacia todos los lugares a visitar, la estancia estuvo bien

En general nos trataron de una manera excelente, lo único malo es el calor que se encierra en la habitación, no hay oire acondicionado solo ventilador y dos enchufes cerca de las camas, lo cual es molesto a la hora de conectarlo

No coiciden las fotografias von lo que ofrece la propiedad. Los espacios son calurosos y sin la ventilación adecuada, huele a humedad el cuarto. Los materiales son reutilizados, empezando desde el papel higiénico, lo cual deja serias dudas de lo higiénico que es el lugar. La tencion delnpersonal es regulsr, unos emoleados de manera excelente en su servicio y trato, lientrasnotrosndenplano casi casi te gritan por hacerles ver las carencias con las que cuenta el hotel. Afemas, aun cuando en las políticas del hotel dice que la habitación esbpara dos personas, te cobran un eztra justo por ir dos personaa, aproximadamente 900 pesos mexicanos más por la noche
