The property is situated close to downtown and the rooms are ample in size. The owner of the property (Maria) was especially receptive to the smallest details to improve the property and was super nice. The whole staff was very helpful.

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed. We understood the pool was under maintenance, especially with the chilly weather. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aguascalientes. We’ll absolutely be back!

The hotel and staff are great ! other than that the bed's need to be better seem to be a little bit to old and hard :( I have to say the hotel is in a great location ! the girls up front are not vert attentive ,but Efren is very pleasant was alway's asking if we were ok ,a nd in need of something . really appreciate him very much !
