"Our stay was, overall, excellent. The riad is beautiful, with very tasteful décor and a მშვიდ, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the common areas—especially the courtyard and the terrace—are perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The staff deserve a special mention: always kind, attentive, and willing to help at all times. They made us feel very welcome from the very first day, and their warm, personal approach truly made a difference in our experience. As the only point worth noting, we had a minor external issue on the day of departure with the taxi pickup, which did not arrive as scheduled. Although we understand this was outside the accommodation’s control, it did cause some stress at the end of the trip. Despite this small detail, our experience was very positive, and we would definitely recommend this riad to anyone looking for a charming place, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere in Marrakech."

"The rooms are tired and need refurbishing. The breakfast was average. Mostly fresh but birds pecking on food and staff not bothered. Cleared my drinks away whilst I went to get my food. Pool area was well kept and looks great."

"Initially had a misunderstanding at the front desk, but it got reconciled, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time the staff in all areas from the restaurant to the pool are very polite and attentive trying to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice. "

"Kenzie was an absolute dream. We had a long journey and my son was not feeling well when we arrived. The manager at Kenzie treated us like family. He offered us early check in. He made sure my family and I were well take. Care of. I honestly feel like we wouldn’t have Siri Ed the trip without him. Thank you so much for your compassion and hospitality. Everything about the resort was perfect. Beautifully manicured, good food, lots of activities, beautiful pools, and wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our accommodations were stunning. We are so grateful that we chose Kenzie. "

"Great all inclusive hotel. Lots of activities and entertainment all day long. Great water park and lots of food options. Unable to walk anywhere from the hotel, you can get a taxi from outside or the hotel bus into the centre. The sports bar needs abit of a rethink. It doesn’t open until 5 although games are on all day, it opens for the games but you have to walk to pool bar for a drink. There is only one TV. It could be a lot better. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall we had a great stay. "

"Lovely rooms, very clean pool area, fantastic staff, plenty of variety of drinks, food absolutely gorgeous! Cant fault it for the money! Wouldn’t say it’s 5* but it’s a solid 4* but matched our expectations. It is a bit stuck out on its own though so would benefit from a small internal shop. We would definitely return! Oh and there is a free shuttle bus into the centre twice a day and very cheap excursions."
