"Arrived at night which was magical with a star studded sky and candlelit pathways to the various tents. We were lucky to have tent 26 which is on the far edge of the camp. Food at dinner was wonderful; delicious and authentic. Hot water bottles were provided at night, although we were really snug in our tent and didn’t really need them. Bottled water provided by the bed. Everywhere spotlessly clean. We took a walk around the area in the morning and there are plenty of activities on offer including horse training, camel rides, quad bikes, ping pong, badminton and two inviting swimming pools. There’s even a Garden of Intention’ which had vines and succulents. Lots of areas to sit and relax. Fantastic choice and quality of food at breakfast. The staff were wonderful but it felt they were a little stretched as we waited a while to have our coffees topped up. They were doing their best. Would be better to give people a pot to help themselves. We stayed 1 night but there’s enough here for 2 nights."

"The property is beautiful and the rooms were very nice. The included breakfast was great. The dinner, not included, was expensive and while one night was delicious, the other wasn't good. The road to get in from Imlil is tricky: very narrow, can fit one small car only. It was blocked one day while we were there, which could have been a big problem if we needed to drive that day. The service at the hotel was OK. We were two women and we did not feel that the staff were very happy to help us. Even though the hotel was nice, I probably wouldn't stay again because of the difficult road to get in. "

"Me & my partner have just come to the end of our 9 night stay in this hotel and all I have to say is we will be back! Easy check in & out. Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it. We enjoyed that there were activities you could join in throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good, animation team do their best to try keep it fun for all ages :) Lastly a massive shoutout to all the staff! You really cannot fault them, everyone we encountered were all very polite & helpful which made our stay even better. Ismail & a young lady in particular (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who work in the buffet restaurant were so good to us while dining! Making sure everything was okay & drinks were topped up (even remembered what we drank so we never need to say, drinks would just come over to us) - Small things like this made our stay so easy & enjoyable which is just what we wanted. Thank you for our stay, we had a brilliant time."

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Marrakech. Everything was just perfect the service, the rooms. It’s an ideal place to take some time off and recharge away from the chaos of a big city. The staff, especially Soufean and Salma, were absolutely wonderful warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made the stay special. The only thing to note is that you’ll need a car or taxi to get around, but the hotel always arranges transportation for you, so it’s never an issue. Overall, it’s a truly peaceful and beautiful place I couldn’t recommend it more. A perfect escape. "
