"The staff were helpful in storing our bags before and after check-in. The hotel condition and amenities were brand new (renovations were currently being conducted throughout the entire building). The size of our room was huge and had everything we needed including an office desk. The bathroom was quite big too. The bed was big and super comfortable too. The hotel is right next to the train station and a walkable distance to the town square. Would stay again and recommend again. "

"A lovely and recommended place. it was a great experience. We enjoyed walking around the corridors of the castle and discovering the special rooms with weapons and armor. We took part in a tour "Sophie's Cave" - we really enjoyed it, but the downside is that the tour is in German, altow you can try to get an explanation from the guides separately. After the tour we attended a wonderful dinner at the castle."

"Hotel is used for a lot of conferences, and bus tours, so is big, and has lots of rooms. Having said that, the facilities are all fine and well maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was ecellent too. Only minor issue is that its a bit of a walk to the town centre (15-20 mins), but there isn't a lot to see or do there anyway, so no big deal. Parking is easy and straightforward"
