"Wurde als “privater Gastgeber “ inseriert und erst nach der Buchung haben wir erfahren dass es sich um einen gewerblichen Vermieter handelt. Wohnung war in ehem. Gewerberaeumen in einfacher Lage und in schlechtem und sehr ungepflegtem Gesamtzustand. Außen Bereich ungepflegt und mit Abfall verschmutzt. Nicht geputzt. Offene Stromleitungen! Keine Kindersicherungen ! Fenster im Schlafzimmer war ausgehängt hnd konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Auch die Küche war sehr schmutzig, Kaffeemaschine,...

Only a few short blocks to the Niendorf Market where there are many shops, restaurants and the subway station. The train went directly to the convention center in 12 to 18 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In all it is a great place to stay in Hamburg!"

"Die Wohnung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Es sind keine 3 Schlafzimmer und es sind keine zwei Dreibett-Zimmer. Das einzige Dreibettzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum winzigen Zweibettzimmer, welches keine Tür hat!!! Es schlafen also fünf Personen in einem Raum! Das Fenster vom Bad geht in das dahinter liegende Schlafzimmer und ist sehr schlecht beleuchtet. Das separate WC hat überhaupt keine Lüftung und stinkt entsprechend. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schmuddelig, insbesondere der Boden....
