Room was small,but useful. Large bed,with warm duvet(october visit). Bathroom was well designed,if a bit compact. Staff friendly and helpful. No laundry facilities according to a desk clerk,but I was only there for five days,so it wasn't really necessary.
I did not make use of the breakfast/cafe,so can't comment.
Would stay there again if I return to Hamburg.
Within walking distance of airport,though there is a bus stop on corner,so you can use that.

Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. We stayed at the Pierdrei at the beginning of our trip and the end. The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. This time we stayed on a different floor and the hallway decor was so colorful, artful and quirky. There were miniature scenes on the wall like those at the Miniature Wonderworld in Hamburg. Amway lovely to stay here. The breakfast buffet is beautiful, the staff is so accommodating and competent, and it is nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Onsite parking is also a big plus.
