TLA Villa with Pool and Panoramic view

You may come to our facilities by, car or by transfer that we offer from airport and port. We will be there for your check in, in order to give you local tips, recommendations and show you the house. In the property there is big court of green with flowers, four different variety of roses also with Koumkouat which from kerkira. In the garden there are different places that offer shade with tables where you could enjoy a nice meal on a table or sit to relax.

There is a barbecue near the pool the has its own refrigerator. Where you can have a barbecue, a gathering or a poolside party.

The Villa consists of three floors. The first floor has a living room( with a sofa that becomes a bed) , a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom( with a double bed) . On the second floor there is a big living room, a big kitchen and a dining room and a balcony. On the third floor there is one bedroom( with a double bed) , one bathroom and a small sitting area with sofas, and a very big balcony with a panoramic view of the sea.

The thing that makes this house unique is its architecture, as it has windows everywhere with a view.

It is close to the village center and close to many beautiful beaches (Aigio beach , Selianitika beach, Diakopto beach , corali beach ), exclusive facilities, bars, restaurants and taverns with Greek traditional food.

With only a distance of 20 minutes there are lovely picturesque beaches, and with less than five minutes you're at your local beaches.

We are here to assist you, in order for you to have a nice and enjoyable stay; give you recommendations of local markets, local taverns and cafes. The area is very nice and the location of the villa is quiet and ideal for privacy.
