"We stayed in this place for 3 weeks. "the apartment is in a good location and in good conditions. Unfortunately the communication was horrible. All the e mails were in french and was very hard to understand what was going on. I have being a client from VRBO for more than 10 years and this is the first time that I had to paid for linen and towels. On top of that the quality was unacceptable . Was like using towel paper."

"Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). "This hotel is a gem! Absolutely loved my stat here. It’s close to all amenities, so i was able to walk to most places and access public transport very easily. I arrived at 11pm on the bus from the airport and it was an easy walk from Gare de Nantes. The hotel is a stone throw from Loire River. While the rooms are quite small,I still had coffee and tea making facilities within there. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and attend to your every need. Especially for what I paid. I’m very happy and would stay again. "
