"We has a wonderful short stay at Lionel's house for a family Christmas get-together. It's a charming place on 3-levels. We really appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen, baby accessories, comfortable beds, the général ambiance and that our dog was welcomed as well! "The house was perfect for our family trip. We were Grandpa, Grandma, Nan, Mum, Dad and 4 kids (aged 19,11,9,6). Being on the outskirts of the city allowed us to walk into Nantes (just 20 minutes) and visit the fantastic Isle of Machines, the bustling water front and the Natural History museum. We also visited the brilliant Plage De La Noevveillard - a beautiful beach on the West coast - just 50 minutes drive away. "We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was beautiful and spacious inside. with large garden. Really rustic feel to the place. The kids were in love with the friendly cat. We enjoyed eating outside with views of the fruit garden. It is well placed for access to main roads (to Nantes, the coast, Atlantis shopping centre) without being noisy. Peaceful countryside around. The host was so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely visit again and already miss the countryside."

"Nous avons loué cette maison afin de pouvoir circuler dans les communes autour de nous aisément. Nous avons un projet de déménagement. C'était le lieu idéal pour visiter. Commerces de proximité, accès aux transports et réseau routes top ! Le logement en lui-même est très propre et très bien entretenu. Le propriétaire que nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer est une personne très agréable. Nous recommandons !"

"We were 5-7 Adults renting the property for a month (over the Rugby World Cup). Every morning we took our coffee and pastries outside. What a view, right on the water. "This hotel is a gem! Absolutely loved my stat here. It’s close to all amenities, so i was able to walk to most places and access public transport very easily. I arrived at 11pm on the bus from the airport and it was an easy walk from Gare de Nantes. The hotel is a stone throw from Loire River. While the rooms are quite small,I still had coffee and tea making facilities within there. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and attend to your every need. Especially for what I paid. I’m very happy and would stay again. "
