"The staff at the Hotel Leonardo were so friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. In particular,, Julian really helped us when we had previously booked a tour of the Nou Camp and had received no confirmation from Barcelona FC. He sorted out the problem in five minutes which was fantastic and made my daughter so happy! Without doubt we would stay there again, it was a great experience. "

"The staff replied to emails very promptly, they were accommodating with our very late arrival, helpful with directions. Breakfast bar staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating for our gluten free needs. They let us leave bags in the hotel on the last day. The hotel is a good 20+ minutes on the bus from the city, but also close to the airport (easy access via bus). Clean and comfortable room, beds decent but pillows were awful 😁"
