"Have stayed here many times over 10 years .. great location .. I would just suggest maybe they check the facilities all work , as TV was not fully working and whilst it did get fixed just a little inconvenient for us and staff. Air con was set too warm and staff had to reset lower for us as could not be changed in the room. Having said this I would still happily stay here again. "

"Had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The location is just fantastic and the suite was so beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are no dining options in the building itself but plenty of excellent restaurants right outside the door spoil you for choice. V short walk to the lake. We will definitely be back!"
