"Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs.
Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "

"The staff were so very helpful. I came down with food poisoning the day we arrived (not caused by this hotel). The staff were so kind and offering advice. They told us where the local pharmacy was. The food was very good, I did have dinner the first night and it was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. I did not eat breakfast the next morning due to coming down with food poisoning, but my travel companions stated it was delicious. The rooms were absolutely adorable and the balcony was...

Very friendly, helpful staff. Property is charming, quiet and comfortable and has lots of character. A bit far from most points of interest, including Djama El Fna, about a 20 min. walk, half on noisy, traffic-filled streets. But easy enough to get taxis to and fro.

This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening.
Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room.
Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Great beds and the comforters were thick and heavy keeping us warm.

We arrived at the hotel after our Sahara trip and it was amazing. Our room was a junior suite but the entire room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. The hospitality of this hotel went above and beyond what we've expected, unbeknownst to us, they washed our car (which we drove around for 9 days and was looking kind of scary..) and had it ready by the time we were checking out. Really enjoyed our stay. The owners felt more like hosts sharing their home with us. Great location close to ait Benhaddou but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. They also have a pool with a great view.

Big and clean room with separated seating area and huge balcony. Amazing mountain view from the balcony of the room. Very helpful and nice people. When we were not certain if our navigation system worked correctly, they arranged to meet us and provided clear directions for us. It was a wonderful stay, and the food was great and authentic. We liked also the nicely decorated dining hall and the roof terrace.

We had a great stay! The room was well kept and comfortable, the pool was clean, and the breakfast plentiful! Our favorite part was the baby goat running around the courtyard.
It is slightly outside of the city, but easy to find and a welcome retreat from the dusty, hot city. We will definitely be back!
