"Rooms are very specious, Nespresso coffee machine in the room, charge free bottles of water provided every day.Very pleasant outside sitting option with exceptional service and pool view. The staff went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration unforgettable .The room was decorated nicely, freshly baked cakes by chef and more…..I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech. "The staff at the riad/spa are amazing. I was at the end of my trip and feeling sick and they arranged for a doctor for hire to come in. I was so grateful. The kitchen staff are lovely and same with the hammam & spa. I don’t know if I’ve stayed anywhere that made me feel so taken care of - this isn’t even speaking to how beautiful the space is and how convieniently located it is either!"
