"I was told that owner would contact me 2 days before arrival to pay for the room. She did not. I called when I arrived and she was extremely rude and said I did not pay. I paid and got the access needed(which was not easy). The steps in to the room are treacherous at best. Unacceptable."

"The apartment is NOT new, it is 3 floors up accessed by a dingy stairwell. Tha exterior of the building looks like a tenement from the back. We left 3 days early taking the loss as a crack suddenly appeared over our bed which I thought was water induced but was not but I did not feel good sleeping under it. The sitting room couch is impossible to sit on. Some of the “Reno’s “ are nice - kitchen and bathroom but it is definitely not a new apartment. Very disappointed in our 2 out of 5 night...

"The apartment was in a very good location in central old town area. The AC was the best we had in France and appreciated as it was very hot in Aix. Downsides included finding many mosquitos in the apartment (not sure how they were getting in) and a building entryway that was quite unclean. Also, the stairs up to the apartment and slanting floors inside the apartment may not be for everyone."

"On aurait bien voulu resté plus longtemps (aussi pour mieux rentabiliser les frais de nettoyages assez élevés...). Hélas, on n'avait que deux jours pour profiter de la belle terasse et de l'endroit insolite et super bien placé, au coeur de la ville. A refaire avec plus de temps."
