"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

A really lovely apartment -perfect for our first holiday abroad … yes, there are stairs but a few minutes on leaving the apartment you are standing in the beautiful old port.. springboard to local bars and restaurants, boat trips and hill climbs to amazingly sited churches.. spending a delightful evening watching the sunset at the entrance to the harbour.. it was so easy with a lovely ‘home’ to return to.. "Muy lindo el departamento,limpio y confortable. Faltaron toalló y toalla para el 3°huésped, Tendría que haber tenido una jarra eléctrica o un recipiente donde calentar agua para un simple té. Deficiente la vajilla solo 4 tacitas de café …sin platos ni cubiertos…y al menos dejar 3 saquitos de café ,no solo 2 ,sabiendo que éramos 3. ES IMPORTANTE AVISAR A LOS FUTUROS HUÉSPEDES TODO LO QUE BRINDA EL ALQUILER DEL DPTO.CON CLARIDAD INDICANDO LO QUE FALTA. Y BRINDAR LA DIRECCIÓN CORRECTA….Saludos."

"Das Apartment war für den Preis sehr gut. Es ist ein bisschen außerhalb aber trotzdem mit Auto war Mann schnell überall. Das einzige Nachteil hier ist das alles ab 22 Uhr abends zu macht und hier gar kein macht Leben ist."

"À notre arrivée, l'état des lieux par l'agence n'a pas correctement été fait (une photo et fin). En nous installant, nous avons été choqués de découvrir que le logement était dans un état de saleté INACCEPTABLE. Nous avons trouvé des POILS dans le lit, des toilettes sales, des sols NON LAVÉS depuis au moins des mois, ainsi que de la poussière dans tous les recoins. La terrasse pourtant l'atout de ce logement est inutilisable en raison de la SALETÉ accumulée. Et pour finir, dans la cuisine, nous...

"We are one month into our European trip and have stayed at 10 different places so far but this has been the best by far .Yes it has 54 steps to get to the rooms and I have a broken foot so it wasn't easy but it was worth it .Lovely rooms - loads of space, well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfy beds .Then there was the outside terrace with views to die for.We stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave .Menton is wonderful and this place is well situated between 2 great beaches .Loved it"
