"Toilettes pas nettoyés et chasse non tirée depuis le dernier passage... Je vous épargne la photo. 2 nuits réservées par erreur au lieu d'une seule, j'ai immédiatement prévenu hôtel.com et l'hôtel pour demander une annulation de la 2eme nuit, refusée par le gérant, pas top le geste commercial. Sinon il y a quand même du positif : la personne au téléphone super sympa, l'accès tard facilité par les très bonnes indications données par SMS. "

"This is our second stay at this hotel. We stayed for four nights. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, we had a balcony overlooking the rooftops and distant mountains. We did not use the spa, but we did go to the pool, which was sparkling and clean.The on site restaurant serves great food, we had dinner one evening. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Just a very short walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again."
