  • Enjoy elegant and centrally located accommodation. The apartment is on the 4th and top floor of a building in the heart of the historic center, accessible by stairs. You'll enjoy complete peace and quiet and can take advantage of a lovely terrace with an unobstructed view of the courthouse. You'll be captivated by its location at the foot of Place des Prêcheurs, close to all shops, restaurants, and cafes. Situated in the pedestrian zone, you won't need a car to get around Aix.

Just as advertised. The street market is 100 meters from your door! Lots of steps to include in the unit. Best if you are under 6'3" tall, I bumped my head alot!

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Lodging is clean and everything works properly. Listing needs to be clearer that unit requires substantial climbing by narrow stairs. Entry from street requires climbing 5 flights of narrow stairs (no elevator) to access lodging. Unclear how to gain access to room key. 1 bathroom has sink/shower only with toilet on floor below accessed by difficult spiral staircase. Be aware if nighttime usage is expected. Lodging inside has multiple narrow stairs to access bedrooms and terrace.
