"Got to the hotel at 4am, the reception was opened. I previously had messaged them about my late check-in so they were informed. The room smelled a bit, not very pleasantly but I believe it may be the cleaning agents they use. The room is a bit run down but the bed and the pillows are just amazing. Breakfast was very good, it included an omelette station and seasonal fruits among many other things. Check out was great. Very convenient if you are coming late to Dubai airport since not all the hotels have the 24 hour reception opened. Take a cab, it is very cheap, fast and convenient."

"The staff at this hotel are amazingly caring and helpful. They respond to every request. A couple of times I had to ring several times but over the course of the stay the front desk, breakfast staff and cleaners were brilliant. My TV kept resetting due to poor internet which is the only reason I didn’t give it an overall 5 stars as there was no English Channel available. The location and area made it extra special"

"They make you feel at home! It's Taj... No hotel in Dubai treats you as warmly as Taj Dubai.... I was booked to stay in Paramount Hotel for 5 days... I checked out most disappointed the next morning and they refused to reimburse me.... I then moved to Taj Dubai, and they made me feel like a Royalty!"
