"This house is rented through Novasol. Novasol customer support has no telephone number and is only available from 9.00-17.30 through online chat. Prior to our arrival they couldn't provide us with basic information, such as the sizes of the beds (handy to know since we had to bring our own). This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I've ever had! The staff were wonderful from the time I arrived until the time I departed. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was delightful with the rain shower. I particularly loved the blackout curtains that were set up to overlap each other and therefore let absolutely zero light in. I slept really well, especially since there was minimal noise. I missed the complimentary breakfast the first two mornings...
