"I've stayed at this hotel several times & will continue to do so. The prices are very reasonable, polite staff, great breakfast buffet & the airporter bus stop is right outside the street entrance. The only down side is the extremely long check-in line. It was a 45 minute wait to check-in! "

"Situated quite close to Shinjuku but a bit removed from the major bustle of the neighbourhood, staying at the Annex was a great experience. The rooms are modern and clean. There is a funny high step to get into the bathroom, but aside from that, there is more space than your average Tokyo hotel making it a pleasant space to spend some time in after a busy day of visiting. You have the choice of two breakfast buffets with a wide selection of both western and Japanese food choices. There are nearby convenience stores and restaurants. A great choice!"

"It's a block away from Shinjuku station, one of the exits is right next to the hotel, so can't be beat for convenience. This also means that some of the best food in the world is nearby. What I like about Sunroute is that, though, it's only a block away from one of the busiest stations in the world, even being a block away, it's rather quiet and civilized. 30-minute subway ride from Haneda for circa $5USD. Can't be beat! "

"Highly recommend this hotel! Location is great, so close to Shinjuku station, walking distance to major attractions and restaurants/bars. In the heart of shinjuku, but on the quieter side which is perfect after a long day. Lawsons and Family Mart close by, staff was nice. Rooms were very clean, modern, small but standard Japanese hotels. Bed and pillows were comfortable. "
