"I have mixed feeling about this place. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood but If you are looking for easy access to Shinjuku or Shibuya, then this place is not for you. We had 2 small rooms but this “house” is shared by an older gentlemen so we were told to keep really quiet. We were literally whispering during our stay. We arrived early, and the host was very accommodating to allow us to drop off our baggage while the property was being prepared and while we explored the city. This property worked very well for our family as we explored Tokyo. "Spacious. It is a whole house, two bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has one. Everything worked, fish oven can be used as toaster. A/C was very effective. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels. No tourists in this neighborhood. Things to be aware of: you must climb stairs to get to living area and to bedrooms above that.
