"Pros: quiet area, big living room & dining room, big parking lot. Water pressure was good, and I especially appreciated a big entre. Cons: we could have wished more towels, kitchen towels, and bigger bedrooms. The area is quiet and a walking distance to a pretty beach, however, it would take a bit of drive to find place to eat. "

"少し歩きますが、コンビニや飲食店の選択肢も多く、過ごしやすい場所です。 ただお玉がなかったり、お味噌汁などを入れる椀がなかったのが少し困りました。 前に滞在した時は新築でしたが、今は多少劣化もしているし、2階洗面所にアリが大量にいたり、ドライヤーが故障してたり、はありました。 洗面所に洗面台が二つ並んでいたり、連絡したら返事もすぐ来て、前回より良かったこともありました。またお値打ち価格の時に利用させていただきたいです。 ベッドメイキングやトイレ、お風呂など、手入れはきちんとされてたのでそれも良かった。 "

"Great stay in Lake Toya area! Hide was very kind and met us right at our agreed upon arrival time. The house was clean and well maintained with lots of amenities including AC, laundry, and drying racks. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back!"

"This was an amazing option to stay at for two nights. We could drop our bags, do the Hakone Gora loop clockwise with a bus stop 1 min from the door, with delicious sushi and a convenience store nearby too (for breakfeast options). Having the the Open Air Museum and a train stop nearby was perfect. The place itself was tidy, warm, had all the essentials we needed, plus a generously sized bathtub (with TV) to relax after completing the loop. The views were beautiful too."

"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort.
