This a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for accomodations around Lake Kawaguchi. Very clean, quiet, and only a few minutes walk from the lakefront and several restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Would love to stay here again!

The view of Mt. Fuji from the bedroom and the bathroom was a plus. The villa was newly built with a jet tub where you could look out to Mt. Fuji. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

A peaceful and relaxing retreat

Fantastic. This hotel is one of my favourite places to stay. The place is clean and spacious, the manager is super friendly and respectful and the view of Mt Fuji is perfect. I highly recommend everyone stays here for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

I drive and come at 11:00pm late night to the hotel which already not the serving hours in the front desk, however, the staff here still keep waiting for me as I contact with him before by email. He is so nice and polite to introduce every part of the house to me, this make me understand what to be aware and how to use the bath tub. The house here one night is nearly not expensive compare to the hotel or houses around, but the service and view from the window is excellent. The most important thing is the house is very clean, even I move the bed around, the place under the bed and the corner has no dust or rubbish which make me live comfortably and amazed by this. The house can live up to 8 people. I and my family are in four this time. There are 2 floors in this house. Children are happy. The sri here is good and the environment around is quiet. It is spacious and I will definitely come back with more relatives and recommend this place to my friends next time.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Mt. Fuji View

We stayed here as a family over the New Year and had an amazing experience. The accommodation is a private villa with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. Run by a family, the warm and welcoming hospitality made us feel right at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location was perfect. My entire family was thoroughly satisfied with our stay. We would love to return in a different season to enjoy it again!

located not nearby tran station , but the house owner provided free shuttle service, and drove us to a big supermarket nearby. only few minutes walk from the house to lake side, Fujiyama is right over there,beautiful view. there is a very big bathtub in the house, so good, recommend to all vistiors who love Fujiyama

Hiro, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind. He offered to pick us up from the train station, drove us to a supermarket, and guided us through the villa. He provided bus maps, dining and shopping suggestions, and local tips, including info about a fall festival. The villa was perfect for our family of four. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Great value!

The villa is located at a quiet area but within walking distance to the site famous for watching fall foliage. The staff is nice and helpful, giving detailed instructions about how to use the facilities in the villa. The villa is clean and comfortable. It will be perfect if mirrors can be installed in the rooms.

The host (Hiro) was super helpful and very kind. Before our stay, he reached out to us to ask if we wanted to be picked up at the train station. We took him up on his offer and our ride was there on time waiting for us when we arrived. He then drove us to a local supermarket so we could get groceries, and he waited for us there patiently. At our villa, the host walked us through the place and showed us how to operate everything. He then provided us with bus maps, suggestions to eat and shop, told us about the fall/autumn "festival" that was taking place during our stay, and gave us general local guidance. Super helpful! The Villa was a great space that suited our needs (family of four), and was nothing fancy. But while in Kawaguchiko we were out and about, so didn't need luxury. My only disappointment, albeit a small one, was that I was expecting an outside multi person hot tub, but it was a large in-bathroom Jacuzzi. This was still great in the end. To wrap up or stay, the host also drove us back to the train station with all our luggage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great value.
