Great room. Small but clean and comfortable for the price. Great Japanese style breakfast included in the price.

I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.

I travelled to Japan for the first time and this hotel was very lovely. Very friendly staff ready to help and it was very convenient to go to the 7/11 downstairs. The only con would be that there is limited transportion by bus to Narita but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is a little far from Tokyo main attraction but, it was still easy access to station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcomed and the hotel was excellent!

I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness. I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service. We didn't use their restaurant and we usually never dine at the hotels. Without question, this was a five star stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and the property is immaculate. This is my second long stay at the property, and I will definitely be back!

Clean, safe, good sized rooms close to train station, coffee, food, grocery, shopping with reasonable rates. Currency exchange at reception.

The room was very comfortable and the location is outstanding. I would most definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Overall great hotel. We enjoyed it. The only con for us (but that is personal preference) although firm the pillows were too flat. Would recommend 10/10

Stay this hotel from Sept 5- 15 on top 14th floor, newly build hotel, despite there is a train track beside it, it is actually super quiet inside the room, few step away from train station and has a grocery market place right underneath, the room is clean and modern equipped, the management dispatches clean towels every day. Would stay there if I travel near it.
