Very close to the station, excellent amenities in or close to the property. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room turndown service everyday was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property when visiting Tokyo. Bonus that Omiya is a Shinkansen station 🙌
you can see a small city view from room, even room size wasn’t so big but enough for single person, and the breakfast was simple and delicious!

The hotel is on the older side, but still decent and clean. Location was not bad, walking distance to the JR station where many food options are available.
One of the best hotels during our trip to Japan. Very conveniently located next to a large railway station, with a lot of shops and restaurants around. Quite large, elegantly furnished rooms and extremely polite service.
If you're looking for a more upscale hotel in Omiya, Palace Hotel Omiya is an excellent choice. Staying here was definitely the right decision.
I arrived from Haneda Airport using the Airport Limousine Bus, which took about 70 minutes. It was so convenient because I didn't have to worry about hauling large suitcases through busy train stations. The bus stop is just steps from the hotel entrance.
The location is also ideal for travelers. It's only about a 3-minute walk to Omiya Station, and a pedestrian deck directly connects the hotel to the station. This made it incredibly easy to catch the Joetsu Shinkansen the next morning.
While there are several hotels in the area, Palace Hotel Omiya stands out if you're looking for a more refined experience. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight. The selection was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the live cooking station, where chefs prepared made-to-order egg dishes just the way you like them. It was a wonderful way to start the day.
If you're seeking comfort, exceptional service, and a touch of luxury in Omiya, I highly recommend Palace Hotel Omiya. It combines outstanding convenience with the polished hospitality that makes a stay feel truly special.
Clean and efficient hotel. Breakfast had a wide selection of items with good quality. Room had ample amenities and more. The area has lots of shopping and dining options and extensive rail connection. Would visit again when I return to meet friends in this area.
Everything was excellent. The room is a small for US Standards, but that was expected. They were very accommodating with a late check out and the charge was very reasonable. Access to Omiya station is very convenient. We had a wonderful stay.
A nice hotel, close to JR station. A Sogo and Big camera are opposite from the hotel, it is nice to have a shopping. But no laundry machine within the hotel, a bit disappointed.
