"The automated check in is not so good but the staff was very helpful. I wonder why they don’t do just manual check in. I understand when a group of people come, it might be better. So let it be. Clean and great amenities. The shower curtain smells a bit but it can’t be helped in like humid Japan."

Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. "Very friendly staff at the counter, but they weren’t allowed to watch our bags after checking out early. Very inconvenient very late check-in time of 8pm. Watch out and be aware. However, the room was the smallest we experienced, but the price was not. Very modern very clean toilet and shower. Free water in the fridge for you."
