The staff were very patient with my broken Japanese, and took the time and effort to make sure my partner and I were well taken care of. They have wonderful amenities (especially the complimentary comb), and the tickets for the continental breakfast offered at the cafe below which is a really great deal. My partner and I greatly enjoyed our time there, and would highly recommend!"

"Great location close to Shin Yokohama station and blue line subway stop. The property is bit old but much better than other Japanese business hotels (budget but clean small room hotels) in the same price range. Staff was very helpful! Easy check out by the automatic machine. "
