"My room smaller like cigarette smoke, although I booked a non smoking. I let the staff at the front desk know. They went upstairs to verify. After they confirmed that it smelled like cigarettes, they upgraded our room."

"Great hotel in a new skyscraper building. Lobby on 18th floor and room had spectacularly views of the city. Staff extra helpful and breakfast was top notch with plenty of choices. Hotel located in popular area and near train station. Hotel could use more furniture in th lobby."

"It was a very nice, staff was great and food was pretty darn good! However, since we are fat Americans, we found the bed a little hard and toilets too small for my round posterior. Also I sweat like pig at night and 20.0 C doesn’t cut it. I understand these issues are not universal but as an American, I’m gonna give my opinion even if it’s just a me problem. 4/5 pretty awesome stay. Would do it again!"

"This was by far the best choice I believe by far. This was my first time visiting Japan with my family including a toddler. The place was very clean, spacious and kid friendly. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from crowds of people. The staff was helpful with directing where to buy necessities and it was walking distance to convenient stores and the train station. Next time I visit I will be staying here again."
